How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want your experience with Blockpleasure Pest Control to be fair and honest. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Blockpleasure Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Blockpleasure Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@blockpleasure.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
